Are the Golarion gods the gods of planets other than Golarion? For example, are all of the dead lined up for judgment in front of Pharasma's Boneyard from Golarion, or are they from a host of planets? If so, which planets, solar systems, galaxies, universes? Also, can anyone point to a source that states they're the gods of planets other than Golarion and what they are?

How are prisoners transferred to Valkus Isle? Has this ever been discussed? I can't find anything in the messageboards, but perhaps it's come up in conversation, or perhaps someone has homebrewed an explanation.
