I'm going to be away for about a week (I may get an odd post in, but best assume I'm gone until about the 9th). With my rolling this game, it may not be a big loss. Just move me around to help with flanking and if I can get an attack in as well, all the better.

Jeeves quakes slightly as the wave of fear passes over him. The tray wobbles and so does Jeeves. But the gentlemans's gentleman seems more concerned with being between the two halflings.

Keeping his drinks tray raised he slurs "I think you have made a mistake." before stepping sideways and accidently bumping into the halfing in purple.

I'm going to go back over this game at some stage and see just how mean RNG has been to poor ol' Jeeves. Aside from bashing in a door, these have been diabolical. Must be the Hellknights.

Jeeves dodges the thrown egg. "Sir, you will need to do better than that."

He raises his drinks tray and takes a quick sip from the bottle that appears upon it, returning the bottle to his pouch before it could possibly get damaged. It is important.

He then staggers forward, obviously the worse for wear. Finding himself directly before the troublemaker in green he offers a burp of surprise, when he realises he seems to have staggered into trouble rather than away from it.

Jeeves staggers his way toward the darkness, but not actually into it. There he pauses, gazes at his drinks tray as if not too sure how it ended up in hand, and then offers a burp as he looks around.

Jeeves makes himself useful. Packing peoples belongings up into boxes, taking out needle and thread to patch worn coats and generally helping people to feel that a trip across the war-torn town is something that is, now they consider it, something quite doable. He might even offer a quick sip from his rapidly emptying flask.

Perked up by his companions, Jeeves is soon hard at work. Serving drinks. And in a quiet moment he can be seen with a needle and thread, fixing the rent in his jacket. He's no seamstress, but the jacket is soon back to a more-or-less presentable condition.

Jeeves, battered, bruised and with a nasty rent in his suit suggests "Perhaps I might be better off acting as a guide for a bit. I'm afraid my services in any upcoming combat may be a bit limited at the moment."

Jeeves looks surprised but relieved that the drinks tray took the brunt of the tiger-mans attack on him. Keeping it raised he staggers sideways. "That was most ungentlemany of you." he slurs, taking another quick drink of his own.

Jeeves rocks, whether from the force of Castus's blows or from his own bottle induced effects is unclear. What is clear is that he is all but out on his feet.

The butler frantically lifts his drinks tray to try and protect himself, but only succeeds in unbalancing himself and careering into Castus again.

A quick nip seems to do the man a world of good, but he staggers forward, reaching out toward Castus to try and steady himself.

And has asked that we look in on you and escort those who wish to retire to the safer southern districts to such a destination. While it looks like you have so far done well for yourselves, there is a concern that a greater force, perhaps augmented with fiends, may seek your bodies, souls and destruction of your pub. None of these things are quite so likely if you are on the south bank."

Jeeves, pleased he was able to add some knowledge to the mix, eyes the goblin suspiciously. They were generally regarded as not conducive to dinner parties retaining the appropriate degree of decorum. He would watch out for 'Cousil Warbal'.

Though with rolls above, it seems unlikely!

"We are to find citizens and escort them safely to, ahh safety? And we are likely to face roaming fiends?" he asks, clarifying the mission details.

The perceptive among the group may notice that his hip flask seems a little lower on quantity than could be accounted for by the amount he his dispensed into Pathfinder glasses.

Jeeves reaches into a pouch, withdraws a small hip flask and pours the contents into a small glass which he offers to Wizel. It certainly smells stronger than tea.

"Whiskey, sir?" he asks.

A perplexed expression crosses his feet for a moment at the ferret, instead he advances on Melenia. "Refreshments, Miss Nightbreeze? I do have plain water also available."

Then returning his gaze to the ferret he asks "Mr? Raijyu. What would you like to partake of while we wait?"

"Tea? Certainly madam. But not iced I am afraid." says Jeeves. The mostly prepared butler produces a china-tea cup and saucer, and, pouring from an elegant pot, delivers a lovely scented cup of hot tea - with just a hint of peach to it.

He directs his gaze toward Veracruz. "Sir? A Coffee? Or perhaps a short brandy?"

A impeccably dressed gentleman joins the briefing. And by gentleman, I mean a Gentleman's gentleman. A human of middling age he is not of distinguished feature, although his carriage is erect and extremely proper. Dressed in full formal servants attire he carries a small silver drinks tray.

"Jeeves, reporting for duty, sir" he says with a short bow.

He wears no armor, nor does he carry a weapon.

He looks at his tray, which seems not too badly dented, and then at the new rent in his jacket, before tripping forward into the butler, no, golem.

Swaying, Jeeves seems to stumble, as if having a hard time staying on his feet. Could the masterful man-servant have had a tipple too many?

The golem is apparently unimpressed with his performance.

Jeeves then all but trips into the golem, apologizing profusely as he does so, his fists hitting the ancient creation with a hefty force.
