The graphic novels of 30 Days of Night.
The film is overlong. It drags in places. The romance has no sizzle. But, hell, is Daniel Craig ever James Bond! He looks badass. Gone are the puny arms of Brosnan and the paunch of Moore. Mr. Bond is now the blunt weapon he should be. Daniel makes him a three dimensional charcter who bleeds, feels and even cries. Go watch the film that will reinvent the Bond franchise to the way it should be. Great finish, with a great line. We know what's to come. |
