One of my groups decided to take on the minotaur at full health rather than let Janira run away with it. Thankfully we had a few folks capable of Enlarge Person, an Elven Branched Spear, and some lucky rolls. We tore him to pieces and only took one hit (which, admittedly, knocked out our Paladin... but that Paladin has been knocked out in 90% of our fights since then, so that's nothing special). 10/10, would never do again!

Ah, gotcha. I actually just picked up the PDF this past week (I was going to GM it locally) and couldn't recall whether she was hoping to shut it down quickly (fighting normally), hedging her bets (FD), or just trying to stay alive (TD). Most people forget about Fight Defensively and Total Defense, but as someone who played a Halfling Megatank, it's always on my mind :D

Uwu gasps at the sight; figuring that weapon attacks aren't going to be very effective, but hoping to move quickly enough to take it unawares(?????), the little ninja trots forward and pulls a flask of acid from her bandolier. I don't have the +1 BAB required to draw a weapon on the move yet, so no chance of getting it off this turn for me D: but feel free to grab it from her if you'd like! She's got a spare alchy fire.

Uwu should generally be near the front—ideal situation is for her to go before enemies and start close enough to TWF some shurikens into them, but failing that, she can grab her kusarigama and get info flanking ASAP.
