Also, there are obviously some broken elements to this build... i.e. "Metamind Mutation". I was thinking of replacing that with something else. Maybe using the warshapers healing ability or something similar.

If you guys notice something is either broken as hell, or utterly useless, please comment on how to improve or replace.

i really appreciate it guys.

Involved in an upcoming homebrew. Wanting to make an Alex Mercer (Prototype) character with a back story of something akin to either James Bond with a personality/intelligence similar to James Bond and/or Sherlock Holmes. We are allowed to come up with whatever we want using 3.5, pathfinder and web sources.

For background on the prototype abilities look here:
http://prototype.wikia.com/wiki/Alex_Mercer

I found this online:

http://www.freewebs.com/chughes4/Blacklight%20Warper1.3.pdf

I was thinking of basing the build on the Blacklight Warper found in the pdf and mixing in some Soul Eater and Warshaper from 3.5.

Any thoughts on how to improve on this?

Thanks in advance guys.

First, sorry for the delayed post. Been busy today.

These are all great suggestions. Not sure about what the other guys are going to be yet. I know one is going fighter, another rogue/assassin, I believe we are going to have a monk as well. Most likely the other two are going to be casters of some sort.

The campaign is going to start low level, most likely 1-3, and will probably run until around level 10.

I really like the idea of the Catch Off Guard style fighting. It sounds like I would be able to do outlandishly awesome things. I haven't had a chance to look extensively at the different archetypes, but will do so soon.

I will be going human to be able to get the extra feat.

Thanks for the continued help. I'll be back on after I look further at the archetypes and maybe come up with some back story to build him around.

As Vuvu said, he's not going to be optimized but hopefully he will be a lot of fun.

I'm wanting to play a bard that would be a mix of Sherlock Holmes (Robert Downey Jr) and Chaucer (Paul Bettany). Maybe a little bit of Thom Merrilin from The Wheel of Time. Advice on how to go about this?

I guess the subject line says it all. I'm the fifth or sixth man in the party and don't have much experience role playing or playing the Bard class. I think this type of thing could be pretty fun.

I was thinking of main stats being Int, Cha, and Dex. Other than that, I'm not really sure where to go with him.

What do you guys think?

Thanks in advance for any help.
