Allies also gain a +3 bonus to melee attack rolls as long as Haig is threatening the target. Whenever an honor guard issues a challenge, he can select one ally as his ward for the duration of the challenge. Whenever the honor guard is adjacent to his ward, he takes a –1 penalty to Armor Class, and the ward receives a +1 dodge bonus to AC. 
Intercept (Ex) Whenever an adjacent ally is attacked, Haig may use an attack of opportunity to attempt the aid another action to improve his ally's AC by +5.
Tactician (Ex) 3/day (Swift Action) - Haig can grant all allies within 30ft of him the use of one teamwork feat for 7 rounds.
Strategy (Ex) 1/Combat (Standard Action) - Grant all allies within 30ft one of the following benefits for 1 round: +2 dodge bonus to AC, +2 morale bonus to attack rolls or move their speed as an immediate action.

Tactics 
Before Combat If expecting battle, Haig will use his Drill Sergeant ability to grant is comrades the Stealth Synergy feat, preferring to fight only on his and his allies terms. While naturally stealthy, Haig is not well-versed in trickery, and will leave the planning to his allies.
Surprise Round If Haig is quick to react in an ambush he will use his strategy ability to allow his allies to reposition as an immediate action. 
During Combat Haig will typically delay until Evi's initiative count, acting in unison with his long-time battle partner, prefering to flank their foes.
If the situation calls for it, Haig will instead shoot from cover or horseback, trying to draw the opponent away from his allies and ready to attack with his lance and his mount's charge through ability if necessary. If Evi is wounded or in danger, Haig will rush to her side and use his Intercept ability to protect her. Haig always fights with Power Attack.
