Background
Orm's family died when their home was set ablaze by goblins when he was but a child. Since then, he has always had a fear of fire. Years later during the infamous attack on Umok from the Eyegrease tribe of goblins, Ormil had been unable to save another gnome who was trapped in her burning home due to his fear. Although Orm fought bravely, he couldn't face his friends and neighbors after the attack, and soon after left Umok wracked with guilt.
He eventually made his way to Brevoy where he hired himself on as a wilderness guide to the Stolen Lands expedition. Orm seeks to begin a new chapter in his life, one where people will not judge him by his past.
