I reappear with my fellows, clearing my throat and speaking in elven. "It would be wise to devise a plan since you humans are not welcome in this particular establishment."
I pop into the nearest dark alley I can find that seems empty. Perception: Once found, I unroll a bag from backpack containing my disguising. I spend some time putting molding on a pair of elven ears, a wig, and some other tricks to make me more elven in nature. Disguise:
I gather my belongings and make why down to the tavern. I search for a table large enough to accommodate all of my companions and have seat. I motion for the barmaid to bring me some food.
I will take whatever food the tavern has to offer as well as a goblet of wine. Ill take it to my room. Here I will be sure to shave, and neatly trim my hair. spoiler:

After spending my time in the city gathering some intelligence on our target I find the whereabouts of my companions late into the night. Diplomacy I tie my horse in the stable paying the standard fee, and make my way to the bar to secure a room for the night. |
