Appearance: Oracion has bleach blonde hair, golden eyes, and a porcelain skin tone. Dresses in Victorian fashion with goggles on her head, a brown and gold choker, and a brown tiny top hat with black feathers (i couldn't find any picture to look Victorian except for one... which didn't look like the character so yeah.....) she often carries around a strange looking teddy bear that has a gear on it's chest where a heart should be, a gold and black button for one eye and a stitched x where the other should be. The entire bear is a reddish-burgundy color except for the face which is a gold color, the bear is completed with a big, black top hat.
Personality: Oracion is a people person, her friends would describe her as childish, diplomatic, stern when need be, and a very friendly person i general.
Backstory: Oracion grew up in Mendev, which is near the World wound, which meant demons and demons meant war. Oracion was orphaned at the age of 8 thanks to a demon. For a span of 5 years (which means she was 13 at the end) her sister took care of her. Her sister was adored by everyone in the village... well, except the demons. Her name was Golden named after her beautiful golden eyes, after the 5 years Golden went missing. Which meant Oracion was on her own and had no money, all she had left was a bat she found in the attic. The bat had taken quite the liking to her and followed her wherever she went protecting her from the demons that wandered the streets. Oracion started having visions of the future, and thus she became a fortune teller which leads us into present day. Her eyes were obscured by a demon curse, when she became an oracle her eyesight became even worse but she could see in the dark.
