Do you need melee weapons specifically fitted for large individuals to use in large powered armor with its arms?

Mystic warmonger's 6th level feature enhances your armor with magic. I'm aware that PA has it's own unchanging speed that is unaffected by spells cast on the person wearing it. What about Suit Up? Do I ignore the additional speed it provides, or is it treated differently for affecting the armor itself.

I've got a boon that permanently bumps an ability score of 14 or lower by 2. Can I bump an ability score that was improved to 16 (was 14 before that) via a personal upgrade?

Are your summoned creatures required to meet the prerequisites for the feats you give them? For example, can you give Mystic Strike to them? You need to be able to cast spells to use the feat - summoned cratures can't cast.
