I think the final fight would work better at the table than on a PbP, hard to maintain suspense and urgency over many days. I also think I would have targeted Grog for an epic TPK ;)

Not feeling terribly well Grog downs both healing potions, "Aiie yuck, s'nae proper drink tha."

Grog was too short and heavy to be knocked off his feet, but the wind was terribly strong and he was inexorably getting dragged back. He briefly regained his feet, and rushed away before sliding back once more. Gritting his teeth he force himself away before getting terribly angry and the stupid wind and forcing his way forwards through the hurricane strength winds with curses and spittle flying from his beet red face!

Sorely wounded, and hungover like sin, Grog listlessly watches Ed's attack to see if it did anything. He pops a wad of something icky and red colored into his mouth and starts chewing.

Grog is using Barbarian Chew. If Ed doesn't get turned into a newt Grog will also try smashy smash.

Grog is about to die no matter what btw, rage is running out and he'll be in the negatives.

Beside himself with anger, Grog hurls himself once more at the flying cultist. If there was a less dignified thing he could possibly be doing, Grog hadn't the faintest idea what it might be.

Head swimming from the ridiculous amount of alcohol he'd consumed, Grog had to decide which of the two cult leaders he needed to attack. In the end he just decided to smash his hammer through both and let the gods sort them out...

Grog is running out of rage rounds. He does have barbarian chew I suppose.

Grog reflexively takes another swing, but he's unable to see anything so he listens for the big bad. Hearing something he drunkenly lurches out of the darkness and tries to pulverize the first thing he sees, but ends up smashing the floor instead.

I'm not really sure if this is what you meant GM, but lets see how this works out. Note the leader should be sickened for at least 5 rounds.
The clarity provided by the shot of oldlaw whisky was exceedingly short lived, Grog's head suddenly felt stuffed with wool and he lurched drunkenly, as he was pummeled by the cultists. Of course he took another swig and lashed out with his gauntlets, desperately trying to protect his drink!

Grog woozily stumbles about as the magic befuddles his mind. Falling back on familiar behavior he takes a deep swig of two hundred year old Oldlaw dwarven whiskey. The ruddy colored fiery liquid burns away all his doubts and Grog explodes with anger, "Try ta befuddle meh?! Grog'll drink ya unda da table 'n' show ye wot for!!"

Swinging his hammer in a great arc, Grog rushes towards the cult leader and smacks him in the solar-plexus with sickening force!
Dirty trick (Sickened->Nauseated), with negative level: 1d20 + 19 - 1 ⇒ (14) + 19 - 1 = 32 As a reminder the DC is equal to 10 + the target's Hit Dice + the target's Wisdom modifier. The effect lasts one round plus one round for every 5 by which it exceeds the target’s CMD. Grog has greater dirty trick which makes it last 1d4 rounds extra on top of that. To make things worse for what I assume is the BBEG, Grog has Savage Dirty Trick. If the dirty trick connects he takes 7 dmg and must make a DC 20 fort save or be Nauseated instead of being Sickened.

"Are these da ones tha' wanna ruin all da drink?!" growled Grog with remarkable ferocity, "Dey ain't taking mah drink! Nobody takes mah drink!" He turns beet red with rage, and swigs some raw grain whisky from a hip flask.

If grog hears sounds of combat he will double move inside. Otherwise he'll stay put and drink!

GM I'm not clear if there's something for Grog to attack or not. The map doesn't seem to show any enemies. Short of turning her upside down and shaking her (I doubt she'd thank Grog for that) I don't know what to do here.

green-tinged brew has a pungent, bitter bite. It's flavored with a variety of foulsmelling herbs and is intensely carbonated through a unique fermentation process. Sometimes given to visitors as a prank, wyrm's breath bitter causes the drinker to become sickened for 1d6 minutes (Fortitude DC 12 negates); dwarves gain a +5 racial bonus on this saving throw. After drinking a dose of wyrm's breath bitter, the drinker can, as a move action, unleash a thunderous and noxious belch in either a 5-foot-radius spread or a 10-foot cone. "I just need one fer tha road, hic..." blubs Grog to his collection of bottles. You noticed he talks to them as if they where alive, very odd, more than a bit sad. Left to his own devices Grog would just get increasingly drunk and useless. In some respects it was hard to blame him, this dungeon was unremittingly awful and if you where too drunk to remember much of it, that was probably a blessing.

Erm let us know when it's time to smite something - I'm guessing that's about now?

That'll be vs green. Dirty trick is in place of a melee attack. Thematically it's throwing sand in their eyes / shining the reflection of the sun in their eyes / kicking them in the nads, etc... Green clearly is in melee range because it's grappling grog. If green is an invalid selection (why?) then vs blue.

Drunk, grappled, and being shaken about like a rag doll, Grog's stomach started to rebel... "Ooooooohhh!" he groaned and then projectile vomited all over the entail thing. Yuck!
Dirty trick: Sickened->Nauseated: 1d20 + 19 - 1 + 2 ⇒ (6) + 19 - 1 + 2 = 26 If the combat maneuver worked then that's a DC 20 Fort save or blue will be Nauseated.
