Luminous
You glow with magical luminance. You naturally shed light as a torch; this light has the evocation, light, and primal traits. You can extinguish, rekindle, or change the color of this light using a single action, which has the concentrate trait.

Evanescent Wings
You've manifested wings that can flutter for brief spurts. You don't need to spend any additional actions to reach something in your space that a Medium creature could reach. For instance, if you wanted to open a cookie jar located four feet off the ground, you only need to spend a single Interact action to do so. When you use Evanescent Wings to flutter to a higher place in your space, your action gains the move trait.

Multilingual
You easily pick up new languages. You learn two new languages, chosen from common languages, uncommon languages, and any others you have access to. You learn an additional language if you are or become a master in Society and again if you are or become legendary.

Aberrant Blood Magic
Aberrant whispers shield one target’s mind or your own, granting a +2 status bonus to Will saving throws for 1 round.

Ghostly Grasp 1 Action
An invisible arm extends from you to grab and manipulate objects. The arm reaches up to 15 feet, grabs an unattended object of 1 Bulk or less, and immediately deposits it in one of your free hands or at your feet. Alternatively, it reaches up to 15 feet and performs a simple Interact action like pushing open a window, though it can’t perform actions that require significant mechanical dexterity. For every 5 levels you have, the amount the hand can lift increases by 1 Bulk, and the arm’s range increases by 15 feet. Being ghostly, the arm can affect ghosts, spirits, and other incorporeal entities, though in most cases, you need an awakening for this to be useful.

Ghostly Grasp AwakenedYour invisible arm can grab on to an unsuspecting target. You can modify the power’s target to be 1 creature within range. You make an attack roll against the creature’s Fortitude DC and add the attack trait to the action. On a success, the target is grabbed by the arm (or restrained on a critical success). This lasts for 1 round or until the creature Escapes.

Entreat with Forebears(Aberrant)
Something about your presence causes creatures of your bloodline to, consciously or not, recognize you as one of their own, and you become inured to their tricks. You gain a +1 circumstance bonus to Diplomacy, Deception, and Intimidation checks when interacting with creatures that have the trait corresponding to your bloodline, and you gain a +1 circumstance bonus to Perception and saving throws against such creatures. For example, an aberrant bloodline sorcerer would gain this benefit against creatures with the aberration trait. The GM is the final arbiter of which creatures match your bloodline.

Familiar Master Dedication
You have forged a mystical bond with a creature. This might have involved complex rituals and invocations, such as meditating under the moon until something crept out of the forest. Or maybe you just did each other a good turn, such as rescuing the beast from a trap or a foe, and then being rescued in turn. Whatever the details, you are now comrades until the end. You gain a familiar. If you already have a familiar, you gain the Enhanced Familiar feat.

Arcane Sense
Your study of magic allows you to instinctively sense its presence. You can cast 1st-level detect magic at will as an arcane innate spell. If you’re a master in Arcana, the spell is heightened to 3rd level; if you’re legendary, it is heightened to 4th level.

Ancestral Paragon: Corgi Mount
The smallest of fey have ridden corgis as mounts since time immemorial, leading to a pattern on corgis' backs called a “faerie saddle.” You have formed a magical connection with a corgi that can serve as your mount. Your corgi familiar is Small rather than Tiny, and it's appropriate for use as your mount, unlike most familiars. It has the scent ability, which counts against your limit for familiar and master abilities as normal. Furthermore, it can never gain a familiar ability that grants it any Speeds other than a land Speed. If you're a pixie, you can't ride a corgi due to your Size, but you can take this feat to gain a corgi familiar.

Occult EvolutionGlimpses of the obscure secrets of the universe loan you power. You become trained in one skill of your choice. Additionally, once per day, you can spend 1 minute to choose one mental occult spell you don’t know and add it to your spell repertoire. You lose this temporary spell the next time you make your daily preparations (though you can use this ability to add it again later).

Familiar ConduitUnder your tutelage, your familiar has grown attuned to the hidden currents of the world and can serve as a conduit for your magic. If the next action you use is to Cast a Spell that has a range, the spell uses the familiar as its origin point.

Assurance(StealthEven in the worst circumstances, you can perform basic tasks. Choose a skill you’re trained in. You can forgo rolling a skill check for that skill to instead receive a result of 10 + your proficiency bonus (do not apply any other bonuses, penalties, or modifiers).

Backstory:

Nox hadn't always been Nox, once he had been Lux Novus. How brightly he shown in the night and day. He loved to dance and play with the other sprites of the woods, but he always hated wasps he didn't know why. Maybe it was their poor attitude or because they didn't dance like him, and bees. But despite this his friends and him danced, played, and sang in the lost places of the world. By babbling brooks who made great company, and elder willows who laughed even when they looked so sad, beside him flew the one true love of his life, Silken Song. An illustrious faire maiden who's voice could calm the angriest of dancing buzzing bees, and sometimes even a wasp or two though he hated wasps.

Fifty or so years back he was sitting with his love eating some lovely berries of the sweetest shade, they talked, played, and made mischief that day as any other. But when they had sat to eat and sing in a tree hollow that made Silk's voice sound even better than usual the tree shook violently and disrupted the two and caused all woodland creatures to scatter. A human had decided this was his tree, to make his home, even though it was home to many. To squirrels, sprites, and everything nice, except for the wasps of course. The pair did scatter and started to chatter in the ears of the man, but he swung his axe cause it didn't matter and now this was now his land.

But a crack and a snap and a heavy thud rang out from branches high, as down came tumbling a terrible sight. What once was an old wasp hive. Oh how Lux hated wasps, always so rude to interrupt. The man did screech as the former inhabitants were frenzied, they stung and they bit, leaving not even a lick of that poor man's hide unstung. They were mad, though wasps were always that way, they were furious stinging and biting everything around! Lux and Song gave out a shriek as the hive queen did descend, with wing beats that shook the leaves where they hide now upend. With an angry clack of her terrible jaw the wasp queen abruptly ended the song.

Now many years after the loss of the colors, dances, singing, and all of the others. Nox as he'd named himself for his dim and pale glow wandered around the lost places of the world alone. Till one gloomy day did a light shine bright, and he did hear that wonderful affair. No wasp in sight, but only the delight of his beautiful Silken Song fair.

Quirks: Gatewalker symbol is found as the pattern on his tattered, otherwise white moth wings. Hates wasps.
