About Noriel DregonDescription:
Noriel hair is as white as snow and falls just past her shoulders, tied within the hair are red strings that drape through the white snowy hair. Her eyes are as dark as midnight and stare deeply back through the white hair trying to conceal her eyes. Her face gentle and untouched of scares or flaws, while her lips are sweet and small they carry the lustful red upon them naturally. Short pointed ears break through the snowy hair but barely noticeable as she tries to hide them.Character Actual Picture Personality:
Raised with the ability of a leader, she understands the way of the Drow and has been forced to implement the spoils of command and cruelty, However; She has been fighting with her human side in a constant war, deciding which path is the correct choice. This has lead to a Neutral balance, but her commanding and dislike of other races breaks through from time to time, her Drow side. Drow Society Side Note:
Are There Good Drow?
No. Drow are by their nature cruel, calculating, and evil. The argument can be made that they were always so, if their own legends are to be believed, or that they have become such as a result of the long millennia they have been confined in a hostile territory. Regardless, drow are motivated by advancement of self, of family, and of noble house, in that order. Alliances are made to be broken, friendships are made to be taken advantage of, and even love is just a tool for advancement. Drow see a brutal pragmatism in their behavior, and, if as a consequence of their self-interest, fortune comes to another, this is merely considered an undesired byproduct. Within any organization, a drow betrays its fellows only at the best possible moment. Indeed, the near-universal fear and loathing of the race in some part guarantees that drow remain loyal to their brethren, as they assume that other races play by the same rules. It is this high level of distrust that keeps the drow loyal to family and house; they have no guarantee that future allies won’t betray them as they themselves have betrayed their people. If a drow were to exhibit good behavior—inordinate kindness, cooperation, or empathy—the individual would be assumed to be either enchanted or ill. Attempts would be made to cure the individual (because a good tool should never be thrown away), but if the condition persisted, there would be no choice but to enslave the obviously insane drow or turn him over the fleshwarpers to create a drider, as a warning to others. Deity:
Nocticula CE, of darkness and lust. This was Noriel mothers forced Deity upon her. Noriel teachings may have been ingrained upon her but she doesn't announce her religious beliefs nor does she truly follow her deity, more of a tug and war aspect of her life. Fighting constantly against her beliefs vs her balance yet again. Name: Noriel Dregon

Drow-Blooded Some half-elves born of drow parents exhibit more drow traits than others—particularly many of the physical features of the drow—and have darkvision 60 feet and light blindness. This racial trait replaces the low-light vision racial trait. Drow Magic A few half-elves with drow ancestry exhibit the innate magic of that race. Half-elves with this trait have drow blood somewhere in their background, and can cast dancing lights, darkness, and faerie fire each once per day, using the half-elf's character level as the caster levelfor these spell-like abilities. This racial trait replaces the adaptability and multitalented racial traits. Fey Magic (2 RP): The character has a mystic connection to one terrain type(snow), selected from the ranger's favored terrain list. The character selects three 0-level druid spells and one 1st-level druid spell. If the character has a Charisma score of 11 or higher, when in the selected terrain, she gains these spells as spell-like abilities that can be cast once per day. The caster level for these effects is equal to the user's character level. The DC for the spell-like abilities is equal to 10 + the spell's level + the user's Charisma modifier. These spells are treated as being from a fey source for the purposes of the druid's resist nature's lure class feature and similar abilities. This trait replaces keen senses. A long time ago, Noriel father Richard Blackthrone a human was kidnapped from a village just outside one of the biggest cities “Insert here”. Richard was just a simple farmer trying to raise cattle for his family and sell in the city for meat. One day Richard was on the way to the city when a small group of bandits sprung upon him and nearly killed him. Shortly after being beaten to a inch of his life Richard was captured and sold in the black market as a slave. The timing couldn’t have been any worst for a lady Drow was on the prowl for some new meat for her spoils. Ms. Anluryn Dregon a noble leader of some rather impractical command, a Slaver. Ms. Dregon came across Richard Blackthrone and decided he would make a good breeder for her due to his massive strength and physical appearance. She took him back and did with him as she would. A few years passed and Ms. Dregon became pregnant with a baby girl, she named Noriel Dregon.
I , Noriel Dregon grew up in a society of Drow but more of an outcast. I had very little relationships with the Drow other then my mother who cared little for me, as Drow society is built on being strong and I showed little efforts in that field, including magic. Through the years I grew up faster than other full blooded Drow and was looked at as a child in all aspects. My skin pale white, and my hair as white as snow much like the other Drow, my eye dark black. I looked much like an albino Drow and got the same amount of respect as an outsider. My mother Ms. Anluryn Dregon had little time to deal with my antics and hated my impartial view. While Drow society favored CN to NE, my neutral balance gave me insight to the good in the world as well as the darkness from which I was raised with. About the age of 22 I was already outside the average age group of students that were in school and spent most of my time reading Drow books although I often managed to get books from outside, many that would anger Drow. The place I grew up in was very cold most of the time throughout the year and I learned to walk in the snow and endure some of its cold climates. It was evening time and very cold night; I had an overcoat on and was heading back to the cave entrance to the Drow undercity, a few Drow caught be at the entrance starting swearing words at me, outcast, pale skin, etc. I asked them to leave me alone, showing signs of weakness to ask rather than demand, they immediately retaliate against me, five against one was unfair by far and aside from some basic training I wasn’t that skilled of a fighter or a spell caster. The knocked my supplies down into the snow and started beating on me, they grabbed my hands and stretched me at arm’s length between two people and snapped their whip. I screamed at the pain as the first one slashed across my back, just barely breaking through the heavy coat. Another one, then another, then another, I remember after the first three strikes I didn’t feel the pain; I wasn’t sure when they were going to stop, 19, 20, 21 they kept coming. The pain was digging in deeper, I couldn’t take it no more, the ground the snow started shimmering silvery white, 24, 25, I couldn’t take it no more. I screamed as the pain was so unbearable, I shook the ground so hard and a blast of silvery threads whipped through the air pushing everyone back some 30-40 feet with a blast of energy I had no means of creating. It was right at the entrance of the Drow cave, which came tumbling down sealing the entrance. I have never witness such power. The five guys lay unconscious on the ground nearby so I healed myself with what little magic I had, and the training I had received from the Drow temple. There was no way I could go back to the city now, and my neutrality view prevented me from killing brethren of mine regardless of their transgressions. I ran, ran far as I could, and paid for a trip back to any human city to escape what punishment I may acquire from my Mother. Over the course of several years I became more in tune with this kinetic power I had unlocked, and begin to master it, each day becoming stronger and stronger, but without a party to travel with my course of power was limited.
