So go with a summoner and give yourself an 8 con and a quarterstaff for a weapon to make him more squishy. :) Really though I'd go with a Witch with a high Int and Charisma. But that's just me.

I'm trying to read about the other gods to see if I can come up with something different.. *shrug* Maybe Shelyn, doing bad to protect the good. ;) A Serenity sort of thing. I think Erastil would work good too since we're going into the wilds and he's LG.

I did find that the Inquisitor seems to work best with a LG or at least NG diety. Working the chaotic angle seems easy. It could be good to do the doing evil for the greater good angle... but that seems harder to justify to your diety than just breaking a few laws. Iomedae would be good... So would Sarenrae but you've already done that. :) To Dorgar: I think we have 4 for this, though they haven't all posted. Up to Savaru if he wants to take in a fifth. I'll ask him next time I see him, probably tomorrow.

Looking through the beta Classes, we could run a whole group with classes just from there. You got your cavalier for a fighter, your inquisitor for a rangerish rogue (I actually really like the inquisitor) your Oracle for divine spells (backed up by the inquisitors divine spells) and a Witch for Arcane. All the ingredients are there. Brycen, you're talking about playing a Summoner, just be aware that a lot of people have complained baout it being to powerful on the boards. Not sure how it's been changed already but I know initially it wasn't really well balanced. Just a caution.

I doubt it would be a problem. After all, I'm running CoT with 5 characters including my Cleric. But if you could interest him in Savage Tide instead that'd be better since right now we only got two for that one, three if I throw in a character which I'm willing to do. One more and we could start. On that note, I just discovered I'm missing the first issue of that campaign, so I'll be home-brewing the begining from what I remember. Luckily I've run that first issue about four times so I have a good idea of what's involved. It just means you'll bypass some pointless combats and do more RP, which might be the case all the way through. :) |
