Nodin was always a broad shouldered, slightly chubby but "fit" white boy. No facial hair, great with the ladies but horrible with relationships, and considering himself an intellectual of "people" and "what they are about", Nodin found himself leaving research jobs to break into commercial realty, or CRE.

In college Nodin studied Economics, Calculus, and Nonprofit Administration. He graduated with his B.A. with a focus in Finance, has a level 3 CFA, and a CCIM after a few years in the business, and a CNP.

Seeing examples of solving homelessness and poverty with the real estate industry and nonprofits in New York, Nodin heard tale of a city that needed help in Eureka, California known as Old Eureka Town.

It was on his way there that the pending apocalypse hit, and with only his gleaming smile and charm and wit to defend himself, Nodin ran into the other group and made the best out of the worst.
