Is there a reason there are no items that grant a +1 to ability scores, such as a "Belt of Lesser Giant Strength +1"?

In the Advanced Player's Guide, the text says that an eidolon gains 6+Int skill points per hit die, but the Table 2-9:Eidolon Base Statistics shows only 4 skill points per hit die. Which is correct?

Hey,
I'm new to Pathfinder, and I'm trying to figure out the animal companion rules. On the druid's turn, can he and his animal companion attack in the same round? A level 1 Druid with two weapon fighting, and a small cat companion could get 5 attacks in one round. Is that correct?

Can an animal companion wear armor, and if so, where are the rules for this? The companion is a Cat, Small, (Cheetah, Leopard).
