I've prefer to use my own computer-based sheet ever since I learned how to use spreadsheets, and I'm in the middle of creating a sheet for Beta. I really like yours, though, erian, and am probably going to steal a bit from it, if you don't mind.
As far as stuff I was planning on removing from the sheet Paizo gave us: there's not too much, really. We're going to be running "Curse of the Crimson Throne" with the Beta rules, so "homeland" isn't necessary for this one time, and I can save some space by removing things my character isn't going to use... but that's just for me and what we're doing.
I'm curious, though, why you separated out the Perception skill into the 5 senses, though, instead of a general Perception, with two "Perception (____)" lines. Not that you really need to condense anywhere....
