Ned's not quite so crazy as he seems, at least in combat. He's a clever rat, and starts off with Recall Knowledge checks (he has all four "knowledge" skills trained). He then stays back, lobbing evil eye hexes at least twice (unless there's only one opponent), then positions himself to get as many enemies as he can with a grim tendrils spell. After that, he stays back and lobs debris using telekinetic projectile. If the opponents seem to resist the cantrip's physical damage, he will switch to another cantrip like daze.
