Greetings,

My booster for Pathfinder Battles Dungeon Deep set arrived last week, but without the Red Dragon. At first, I wasn't worried because I saw on my order that the dragon actually shipped two days later than the rest of the minis. I've waited this week, but it has never arrived. I see on the account page that it should have taken 2-5 business days to arrive. Since it shipped on Wednesday the 10th we're now past 5 business days. Is there any way that you can track this package?

Please let me know.

There's some sort of message now on my order that says that it needs a valid shipping method. What is wrong with the credit card that I gave at the time of order? It should still be valid. If you need a different credit card number how do I send that to you. Please let me know.

Hi, I see several threads about combining orders. Seeing as how there is a great delay on these could you at least combine them into one order so that they ship together and hopefully save me a little bit on shipping?

Thanks!

So, I'm a little confused about what a subscription gets me. It sounds like you get a case of miniatures every time a new set comes out. Sets come out roughly every 4 months so you'd get 3 cases as part of the subscription. You also get the additional discount perks. However, there's something in the message about adjusting quantities based on your specific gaming needs. How do you adjust quantities if you just get 3 cases per year? Do you get any kind of discount if you say that you don't want a full case of minis?

I'm seriously confused on how this works and would appreciate some info.

I have a bunch of friends who want to play but most of them live in different places. Does anyone know of good sites/resources for remote gaming? I know a friend who skypes in a remote player and they set up a webcam to look at the minis but that's only one player. All of mine except one would be remote and we're looking at 6 players. From previous experience with podcasts it seems that Skype has issues with quality once you get beyond four people on a call and that's with an audio-only conference.

I've heard that there are more gaming specific type tools to use and I'd like to try and experiment with several of them to see what works. Any help on this topic would be greatly appreciated.
