The first and only child of King Magnus Rey, Brendan Rey is a naturally gifted sorcerer and seems to have a degree of mastery over his bloodline. While a typical prince is armed with several Guardians and rules over a providence, Brendan prefers to travel and negotiate on the personal behalf of his father. He is 25.

Rumored to be extremely handsome and intelligent. While not one to use his blood to his advantage, he is quick to challenge any Galatian dissenters to a magical duel. It is said his magic is rather strange, relying on both prepared spellcasting and bloodline magic. He claims to have developed the practice with one of his Guardians,and seeks to have their hybrid magic gain traction in the Galatian magic community.
