DC 20: 12th in line to the throne of Galatine. Daughter of the Duke of Clarent, who is the brother to King Magnus Rey. Unusual in that she is extremely close to the throne but isn't a devout sorceress. Blair Rey serves as a formal ambassador between the two countries, and teaches Durendale nobility Galatian etiquette. Often makes parties for Galatian and Durendale aristocrats to mingle.
DC 25:
Once created controversy by refusing to return home to Greater Galatine, and instead continuing her role as ambassador. Were it not for an order to settle the matter by the King himself, it is possible that she would have tried for treason. The believes her work to be more important than the duties of members of Parliament.
