Augustine Langlais. Most well known for the hundreds of businesses and operations bearing his name, the Langlais family has hedged their wealth into countless fields. While many of the strong, old families of Roland have decayed in power in the last few generations, the Langlais name has only grown more powerful and widespread.

Augustine was known to have many questionable hobbies relating to Necromancy and the undead prior to the regulation of those now prohibited school. Behind closed doors, he is always willing to talk about such subjects in earnest, but appears to have given up the practice as the laws began to change. He is a trained sorcerer of unknown talent.

Known for his fascination with the strange and obscure, many have attempted to gain favor or friendship though the gifts of objects unknown or from Far Away. It is fabled that some of the most legendary artifacts reside within his home, available to see for those kind and curious.
