Description: War has been your life for as long as you care to remember. You trained as a youth, studied the use of weapons and armor, learned basic survival techniques, including how to stay alive on the battlefield. Dishonorably discharged infantry from the Waterdeep military.

Feature: You have a military rank from your career as a soldier. Soldiers loyal to your former military organization still recognize your authority and influence, and they defer to you if they are of a lower rank. You can invoke your rank to exert influence over other soldiers and requisition simple equipment or horses for temporary use. You can also usually gain access to friendly military encampments and fortresses where your rank is recognized. Dishonorably Discharged - probably more the opposite treatment here.

Backstory:
Myev Hellmark is from a small town near Waterdeep. Her parents, farmers, still live in the small town. She left the town and joined the Waterdeep military force to both escape poverty and satisfy her desire for adventure. She excelled in the military as a tactician and combatant, especially with heavy, two-handed weapons, and is always ready for a good fistfight. Myev’s sense of justice eventually got her into trouble, resulting in her dishonorable discharge when she threw a punch at her commanding officer after he ordered the execution of some prisoners to cover up their wrongful arrest. Myev wandered around doing odd jobs here and there, but her reputation was tarnished due to the commanding officer’s efforts, and respectable jobs were starting to be hard to come by.

While drinking after a particularly lackluster job was done, Myev witnessed a belligerent and drunk man throw a punch at an odd, drunk gnomish woman who had been futzing with some metal bits and bobs at the bar. Myev pulled the man off of her, kicked him into the streets, and has been friends with Meebo ever since.

They started picking up caravan jobs as a duo. Myev lifts heavy things, Meebo thinks pretty good.
