Is there some reason you are trying to be difficult? How about just rolling with it? Is there any reason we couldn't have been brought somewhere for mustering before we end up wherever the opening boxed text puts us? I'm a VO and thus I own all the scenarios. Would it satisfy you if I peeked at the opening boxed text and put this to rest?

Of course. Pretty much every Pathfinder Society scenario begins in a Lodge somewhere. Even if you are on a floating lodge (a ship) there are rooms for meeting.

An unassuming human woman in simple clothes enters the room, laying out food and drink from a silver platter for the Pathfinder team being assembled. She then begins to tidy the room a bit.

Sense Motive DC 24:
She seems to be a little too thorough in her cleaning. You get the sense that she is trying to eavesdrop on any conversations you might be having.

Perception DC 52:
Something isn't quite right about her appearance. You get the feeling she isn't as unassuming as she seems and she might not even be human.

Ursahla will sneak out of the house and meet up with the others.

Well, no one has Disable Device in the party, so counting the coins is out.

How big is the box? Is it easily movable? Have I noted anywhere else in the house where I might be able to hide it? Anywhere nearby? Thinking here that if I can prevent them from finding the money, it won't matter how much is there, but we also won't be taking it.

After getting a quick layout of the manor, Ursahla decides to start in the office.

Search the desks and then, assuming the fireplace, if possible.

Assuming she was able to tuck her wands in her clothing, she'll use a charge of heightened awareness. Subtract 2 if not possible.

Perception 1: 1d20 + 10 + 2 ⇒ (1) + 10 + 2 = 13
Perception 2: 1d20 + 10 + 2 ⇒ (14) + 10 + 2 = 26
Perception 3: 1d20 + 10 + 2 ⇒ (15) + 10 + 2 = 27

The "servant girl" tries to wander around acting normally.

Then I'll have to try the regular entrance. A servant isn't going to be climbing through the windows.

Is there any place I can identify as a servant's entrance? That's where I would slip in. Wouldn't be uncommon for manors that employ servants, but map makers don't always consider such details.

Ursahla takes the guise of the servant girl as she had earlier.

I can get a Disguise Kit for some extra make-up if needed.

'Tis true. I was careless when we were preparing the hall for the gala and touched it. I thought nothing of it. I assumed that the people carrying it in with gloves must have been those odd fellows that touch nothing but, but...

Ursahla does her best to act distressed.

A servant woman has been keeping busy all day flitting about, taking orders, making small talk with the various Pathfinders.

Will: 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (12) + 7 = 19
Bluff: 1d20 + 13 ⇒ (15) + 13 = 28

The servant appears to be making mental notes of the conversations going on around her.

Sense Motive (DC 28):
The servant girl lingers on occasion, clearly eavesdropping on conversations around her.

After taking any orders, the woman leaves, returning around fifteen minutes later or so. Her serving tray is stacked with a platter of breads and cheeses, a pewter pitcher that is wet with condensation with a set of matching goblets, a jar of honey and a porcelain tea service with matching cups and saucers and small, polished teaspoons. Upon each saucer is a wedge of lemon. A wisp of vapor escapes from the hot teapot. She neatly sets the portions around the table one by one.

However, just when you expect her to turn and leave now that her task is finished, she shuts the door and locks it...

A serving woman enters the room, placing a parcel wrapped in cloth on one of the seats.

"I was asked to bring these thing up to this room. The owner assured me that she will be along shortly, but she said she didn't want to be burdened hauling all her gear up herself and fetched me to do it. Could any of you use some refreshments? I could bring them by when I make the rest of my rounds."
