can a wizard who has been Feebleminded still cast a spell through his arcane bond? (player and I disagree)
It says in the core rules: "This spell is treated like any other spell cast by the wizard, including casting time, duration, and other effects dependent on the wizard’s level."
I think that mean he cannot cast it, because Int is too low, and it says the same rules apply. Player thinks he still can, because Feedblemind effects Int and Cha, but not level.
thoughts? official rulings?
