In you, it manifests in direct and obvious ways, granting you powers and abilities. While your fate is still your own, you can't help but wonder if your ultimate reward is bound to the Pit.

Bloodline powers:
Corrupting Touch (7 uses p/d) (Sp): At 1st level, you can cause a creature to become shaken as a melee touch attack. This effect persists for a number of rounds equal to 1/2 your sorcerer level (minimum 1). Creatures shaken by this ability radiate an aura of evil, as if they were an evil outsider. Multiple touches do not stack, but they do add to the duration.

Background:

The first memories of Moshley reach back to his early childhood. He was about 5 years old. He was traveling between cities with his parents, who were well known actors. Always performing in the cities for a living. While traveling with his parents Moshley was also prepped for the job.

One day they arrived in Westcrown, Moshley by then was around the age of 29. His parents saved up money all their lives for this moment. They started a theater in the bustling center of the city. They lived their lives for about 10 years performing for the public, Moshley took upon himself small rolls in the performances to earn himself some money.

10 years later a new family member was introduced to the family, a small orphan named Jimmy. The child was human but for the family that didn't matter. They adopted him when he was just about a year old. Not soon after the adoption they discovered that Jimmy was not like other humans. He began to think he was a gnome, although he looked really different. He didn't have the mind normal humans should have, you could say he was a bit simple.

To care for Jimmy, Moshley's parents needed more money than before. Since they were too busy earning money to support the family Jimmy's upbringing was left to Moshley. When Jimmy was 4 years old, their parents died. The theater collapsed because of fire, while they were still in it. Jimmy and Moshley were left with a good sum of money to live their lives for a good couple of years.

Several years later, Jimmy went grocery shopping with Moshley. When the two brothers walked into an alley two men were waiting for them. The two men knew about the money the brothers Bodrick had inherited, and wanted it for themselves. In an attempt to protect his younger brother, Mosley positioned himself between Jimmy and the two men. He then felt something awaken within him, and shot a splash of acid in the face of one of the men. The man stumbled and fell to the ground, where he stopped moving. The second man then attacked Moshley in a rage.

Moshley was badly hurt by his attacker, who kicked and punches Moshley until the newly awakened sorcerer lay bleeding on the ground. In a short outburst of his awakened powers, Moshley manages to burn his attacker severely with acid. The man dropped to the ground, and like his comrade, did no longer move.

It took Moshley some time to find Jimmy, who'd hidden himself behind behind a barrel. The little Jimmy was crying, but not only because the two men had frightened him. He lifted his hands over Moshley's wounds and a faint glow began to appear under them. He was healing Moshley. The powers of the brothers had awakened at the same time, during the attack.

Since then Moshley is still caring for his simple brother and practicing his magic. For Jimmy it was a little different. His powers had manifested at the same time, but for him at a price. Since the robbery he starting talking to random objects or simply into nothingness.

Now several years later the brothers have equipped themselves against the worst both in equipment and in magic. They are also performing all over the city to earn money for a living. Although they aren't as good as their parents, they strike a good enough show in their own style. After the shows Moshley crafts and sells weapons for a bit of extra coin.


Personality:

Moshley has a very kind attitude towards people, which comes back in how he earns his living. He is always happy and is always looking after his brother Jimmy.

Appearance:

Moshley has a comely face (As far as gnomes are able to have that) and a good build. Which he both inherited from his parents. what he didn't inherit was his early baldness and his white hair, which can only be seen in his long beard. He always wears armor under his entertainers outfit and carries a shield. He also carries some small weapons in defense if he isn't able to use his magic.
