I was reading over some of the cities around cauldren, and I am not sure what each of them is about. The captital city does not really seem to feature in the game much beyond getting some magic items, but the other three smaller cities seem to be part of the plot later on down the road.

Can anyone give me descriptions of what is going on in those other cities? I think my players are about ready to go and explore them and I do not want to design them drasticaly different then how a plot might be layed out in the future.

What exactly is the Sure Foot Livery? It's been in the "Who's who" section from the very first part of the adventure but it is never detailed as to what it is.

I'm slightly afraid of saying "Oh ya, it's this" and having it be completly wrong.
