I got caught up in the Great Target Data Breach of 2013. I forgot to change my credit card info on my account here in Paizo after I cancelled my old one and get a new one. I have done so now and just wanted to confirm that it looks like everything is good to go.

I have not received this yet. It says it shipped on Sept. 20th.
This is the longest it has ever taken for a shipment to reach me.
Usually, I have it within 3-5 days of the ship date.

Is there anything you can do to verify it did indeed ship on that date?

Really keen to get my hands on this order...

After the unfortunate demise of his Cleric in the final fight with Xanesha, the player decided to replace her with another Cleric. This time the new cleric has enhanced healing so she heals +50% on her cure spells.

If she casts a spell that heals 3d8 points of damage and is 8th level, suppose the total of the 3 dice was 12. Would the total healed be:
12+8+10 or 12+8+6. Basically does the +50% include the level that gets added to the dice roll total or just the dice roll then add the level.

I ordered the Rappan Athuk Book and PDF bundle. It was supposed to be on sale for $99.99 which minus my 15% would be $84.99. But it showed it was the full price of $114.99 with a price of $97.74 after 15% discount.

Can you take a look?

Was just browsing a number of your products sitting on my bedside table waiting to be read and I just had a thought about all of the great art you have on your products.

I am one of the few that have bought every art book I've run across from gaming companies over the past couple of decades. I know they don't sell well. But I sure do love em!

What if...Paizo had a collection of their art work all pulled together in a PDF only format? Maybe have the art both with the splash text from the product and the original art work without the text.

Don't know what this would run, but I know I'd be first in line to get it.

Don't know if this is feasible or not, just throwing it out there....

You can add it to my next subscription shipment if you'd like.

I am preparing to run Rise of the Rune Lords and thought I'd try to gather/buy specific miniatures from the D&D plastic sets for all of the planned encounters...But, that will be a lot of work to go thru and list all encounters and to find miniatures that are a good match.

Does anybody have a list of all of the encounters and the associated miniatures that may best represent those encounters? I am getting tired of setting out an Orc mini and saying that is really a Centaur.

Help a lazy GM out...

Is something on backorder? If so, maybe I can change the order around. It has been pending since Nov. 5 and I don't mean to be pushy, just curious what is taking so long...

I just got my subscriptions in the mail yesterday.

I know it is through no fault of yours, but the package was soaked in motor oil - a slimy sticky mess. The contents were ruined. Is there anything you can do on your end to help me out? I know the fault was the post office's but obviously they won't accept any blame or replace the items.

Please let me know, if you cannot replace them, I'll understand.

I have been sitting back quietly enjoying the products Paizo produces for a long time now. I got a charter subscription to Pathfinder when Dragon and Dungeon left the fold.

The quality of the products Paizo creates is an amazing value for the money. Both in content and in materials. The new campaign setting is incredible. The list of contributors reads like a who's who in gaming.
I cannot wait to pick up the Beta Pathfinder book at Gencon in a few days. (And anything else they have on display that I cannot live without!

Cosmo does an amazing job in customer support. The few issues I have had were resolved almost immediately. Eric Mona is very informative when he posts. Paizo folks get involved in the forums which I think is awesome. The answer peoples questions on a routine basis. These guys are true gamers.

Lisa Stevens: Congratulations on a fantasic team. Go ahead and plan on selling me at least one of everything you guys produce!!!

To sum it up, "Paizo Just Gets It!!!"

Great job.

I am going to be at GenCon this year. Is there anyway that I can get my subscriber discount when I drop a LOAD of cash on your products at your booth at GenCon?

Or is the discount only for online purchases? I have been sitting on the fence for a couple of items that I was going to purchase at Indy.

Hello Paizo!

I got my final issue of the Dragon the other day and the cover was shredded during shipping. The plastic wrapper was torn in several places and the magazine itself is ripped in numerous spots.

Is there anyway to get a fresh copy sent? I can send back the damaged one if you want. Normally, I'd just go buy another (Like I have had to do several times in the past several months - damage has been present nearly as often as not.) But, since this is the last, the price is a bit more than I am willing to spend seeing as I had already paid for it. (I had just renewed for 3 years on both Dragon and Dungeon shortly before "The Announcement". Plus, I'd rather get it from you guys since you have been so great with providing us with a pair of quality magazines for the past few years.

Please let me know how to proceed.

I know you have gotten a lot of emails about the Art of the Dragon. But some time in the past week, my account has changed from will ship in December, to disappearing completely.

Maybe I am looking in the wrong place but just wondered if you could look into this. I preordered back in June along with a bunch of other stuff that showed up as expected. I've been waiting a long time and just don't want to fall thru the cracks.

I finally got tired of lurking and decided to participate in the fun today. I am sure that this has been done in the past, but I would like to know what house rules everybody is using...

I'll prime the thread with a couple from our group.

1) If you roll a 1 on an attack, your opponent gets an attack of opportunity, if they are within the threat range. In addition, if you have multiple attacks, you lose any remaining attacks. We assume your weapons slips, helmet slips down, etc...

2) If you roll back to back 20's on an attack. You do maximum possible damage on your critical hit, assuming the creature is susceptible to critical hits. If it is not susceptible to crits, you do maximum normal damage. You gotta honor those 20's or you dice may become resentful!!!

What does everybody else use?
