For Sidecarting orders.
From the shopping cart, hit the "Proceed to Checkout" button
This should bring you to a section with different numbered buttons that you can click on.
Click on "Step 2 - Shipping"
Click the button that says "Change Shipping Details"
This should should bring you to a page the will display all available shipping options and methods for the order at the time is it being placed.

I can probably help you with that.
If you go to your subscriptions page you should see Store Credit and button right under that, that says Use any available store credit for my subscription orders. If you click on that it should use any available store credit you have for your subscriptions.

Hello Drew,
The May14 Promo code does not work on subscriptions, preorders, backorders, and downloads from other companies, hence why it wont let you apply it to the map pack.

Hello Paizo CS,
Can you please cancel order 3088920 for the gamemastery guide, and advanced players guide, and order 3089447 for the Pathfinder Campaign Setting: Osirion, Legacy of Pharaohs, and Pathfinder Player Companion: People of the Sands so that i can reorder them to get the May14 Anniversary Discount? Or is there a better way that this could be done?

Your best bet to get customer service to see your post is to start a new thread, sometimes posts in current threads that are already solved can get overlooked.

Good Morning Paizo CS,
I just had a quick question, I am looking to order a few items but i don't want them to be added to this months shipment. If this months shipment is still pending does it automatically get added to it? or will they go into my side cart for next months shipment?

Paizo customer service is not open on the weekends and it is currently only 6:50am where they are. They are open Monday-Friday from 10am to 5pm Pacific time.

Only UPS and Standard Postal shipments are trackable.
Only UPS 2nd Day Air and UPS Next Day Air shipments have guaranteed transit times.

Hello Paizo CS,
Just out of curiosity do you offer UPS 3-day select? I don't see it as an option, but maybe you still offer it if you're asked about it. I am the Shipping & Receiving Mgr. for the company i work for, and I actually use that option quite a lot for cross country shipping. Any information you can give would be greatly appreciated.
