    Background:

    I was born in a swamp region of Sinaria. The land was cold
    and the water used in what meek trade our small hamlet of La Mut had.
    My father Lyman Horsley is a womanizer and gambler. Not a great man
    but he worked gathering herbs and other resources for a local
    alchemist. My older brother Nathanial Horsley is a trader of goods
    and owns a river boat in Karcau, Sinaria. One of my younger sisters
    Alene Horsley is a Opera performer in Karcau. My youngest sister Echo
    Horsley is the result of my father's conquest with an orc women
    within LaMut, she works and lives in LaMut with father as a
    trapsmith. Our existance in LaMut was that of an odd middle class
    family. So our father always provided for my half siblings and I.
    In my youth I was often protective on my other siblings. I
    even worked for our towns underground to end the harrassment my
    family recieved from them. My job for them was severing the anchors
    of river boats so the river pirates can make a plunder. This caused
    friction between my father and I. This convinced my father to
    apprentice me to father's employer. This women taught me the use of
    material to create grand specticals and useful substances. It was
    like being a god. She had me create and sell what I created for a
    high price. One day, my Master made the discovery that I was not
    just human. She ended up bleeding me to create Elemental Flux. This
    was the day I discover I was a Suli. My Master soon fled our town
    after obtaining enough to obtain a small fortune.
    I traveled throughout Ustalav after I turned 16. I made my
    survival by fighting and learned to use my new found abilities as a
    suli. I soon settled down in Karcau. In my new environment I began
    looking for a way to advance socially. My ambition soon got me into
    trouble with the law when I was accused of murder. This is when I
    met Professor Lorrimor he help me through my legal troubles when he
    was a key witness that I was elsewhere as we were both at a funtion
    dedicated to celebrate the Autocracy. At this point I had helped
    build my brothers trade business and was working to help my sisters
    opera career and my other sisters education on machines and
    mechanics. The grandest masters of there trade in the entired city
    was there. Thanks to this insident I owed the professor a great debt
    but never saw him or heard from him again.
    After theses events I was conscripted by the military and
    traveled far and wide thinking I would one day see the professor
    again. I joined the counties marines. After many border Skirmishes
    with the orcs I was stationed at the capital. In Caliphas I met
    Sol Naquin during the masters of arms tournament a fencing contest.
    He rised to be champion beating me out in the first match. After his
    victory we began a friendship were we trained together. He soon
    interduced me to an inn and the inkeepers daughter Rosalina Martens.
    I began courting her after a brawl with her father who disliked my
    advanced toward his daughter. We now have an engagement planned.
    Through my travels and my aging for the past 5 years I have
    tried to manage my looks and I still care how my status looks to
    other people so I still work at toward a goal of social power. This
    goal will work toward a higher purpose and reason. My goal bring
    the end to lives with my blade.

    Description:

    Standing 6'6" Millard is a proud man. He wears his pride visible on
    his face. It is obvious he cares about his appearance and looks 5
    years younger then he is. Clean shaven and muscled it is obvious he
    has seen combat. His uniforn is always clean and has the decoritive
    trim of a corporal. His armor under his uniform is obviously Chainmail
    if visible but is well hidden. His hair is styled to the fashion of
    the season and he has a ring on one hand with the simble of a
    greatsword engulf by fire. On the back of his neck a portion of a
    tattoo is visible. His gear is in great shape almost new.
    A belt of leather holds a pouch and two sacks. He carries two
    bandoliers across his chest they carry vials and flasks. On his back
    He has a backpack. His backpack is visibly full.
