Description:
Mikhail Manougian is a large man standing 6'10" and weighing 230 pounds. His hair is buzzed short into a zig-zag pattern popular among mecha pilots. He has dark brown eyes and a round nose begetting his Armanian heritage. His time in the army and piloting mecha's has left him very fit and muscled. He has the standard USMC tattoo on one sleeve and the Achilles symbol, plumed helm, spear, and shield, on the other.

He usually wears his black flight suit

Background:
Mikhail Manougian was born to Sasha and Bedros Manougian in 2009. Both parents being first generation immigrants to the United States. They faced illustrious careers in robotics and eventually joined a military research branch devoted to such. The state of military mecha would not be where it was were it not for the research performed by scientists like them. This of course lead to Mikhail be raised on several different military research bases.

Not overly bright he never fell in love with the mechanical intricacies of the machines. However growing up around facilities where they could be frequently be gave him an appreciation for the raw power one could harness. When Mikhail came of age he decided that he would be one of the men to pilot these powerful mecha. One of the few to harness the technology his parents worked so hard on perfecting.

At the age of 18 he enrolled into the USMC and spent a year in boot-camp and training. He was accelerated to the Armored Infantry Division and there he found the Achilles Heavy Assault Suit. In addition to his suit, Mikhail was given a new partner Alec MacGregor, genius mechanic. For a year the two trained in tandem learning every detail of piloting and repairing the suit. Together they impressed their superiors enough to be assigned to the field unit Codename: Iliad.

Iliad was a three-man mecha team consisting of a Peltast, Aegis, and the Achilles suit nick named "Ajax." The majority of their missions where based off of the USS Arizona supercarrier. Despite being peacekeeping forays they often ended in firefights with mercenary and rebel forces. After two years of seemingly endless conflict with no real enemy the duo was pulled aside from the other four members of the team by a senior officer of the UNSF.

He laid an offer on the table for them to join the UNSO. After Ark returned they would need brave men and women to confront whatever the Earth had become...
