Hey, I've been looking for the range of Fickle Winds for a while, and I haven't had any luck. For spells that affect multiple creatures the range is usually close (like Mass Bull's Strength), or touch (like Water Breathing). The target line having the words "all within 30 feet" makes me think it's close, but I'd like to find an official ruling.
It's not a huge deal, as it's probably going to be used before combat starts, but I'd like to know if it comes up. If it's greater than close range, it got a lot more effective.
