Merits:

Eidetic Memory - 2 pt You remember, with perfect detail, things you see and hear. Documents, photographs, conversations, etc., can be committed to memory with only minor concentration. Under stressful conditions involving multiple distractions, you must make a Perception + Alertness roll (difficulty 6) to summon enough concentration to absorb what you senses detect.

Flaws:

Phobia (Tight Enclosures) - 2 pt: You have an overpowering fear of something. Spiders, snakes, crowds, and heights are examples of common phobias. You must make a Courage roll every time you encounter the object of your fear. The difficulty of the roll is determined by the Storyteller. If you fail the roll, you must retreat from the object.

Impatient - 1 pt: You have no patience for standing around and waiting. You want to do things now - f!@* those slowpokes trying to hold you back. Every time you are forced wait around instead of acting, a Self-Control roll is required to see if you go tearing off on your own instead.

History:

Questions from the Book:

How old are you?

Michael was in his mid 30s (36) when he was embraced and has been a vampire for 45 years. (Embraced in 1977).

What was unique about your childhood?

Nothing terribly unique about childhood. Mom and Dad were middle class, religious suburbanites in the Boston Massachusetts area. Growing up was a typical thing - go to school, go to church, hang with friends, etc. Like a lot of teens, Michael got into a bit of trouble here and there, especially as he started developing thoughts that were antithetical to his religious upbringing. Mom really didn't care at all for Michael "reading all those devil books" by that Crowley fellow. As soon as he could, Michael left home and never returned.

What kind of person were you?

Michael always liked to get his way, and often did courtesy of a glib tongue and quick mind. The kind of kid and teen the teachers didn't care for, but for some reason could schmooze over the other kid's parents. As he got older, he only got better at this type of behavior.

What was your first brush with the supernatural

Reading and studying the works of late 19th/early 20th century occultist, Aleister Crowley.

How did the Embrace change you?

Beyond the undying need for the blood of mortals and a serious aversion to the sun? Not too much. He was always kind of an oddball - at least in the time of his youth. These nights, his "new age occult" thinking isn't so terribly uncommon.

Who was your sire, and how did he treat you?

Michael doesn't know. At least his Sire had the "decency" to make arrangements to leave Michael at the Milwaukee Chantry and with someone who could teach him the basics of being Kindred and the first steps of the House and Clan, the Princess Witch, Carna. Carna suspected something odd about Michael's embrace and rather than do something "Tremere" about it, she sent him away to perhaps be used in some other way some other night.

How did you meet the others in your coterie?

I haven't yet.

Where is your haven?

Kenilworth Annex Chantry

Do you retain any connections to your mortal life?

No.

What are your habitual feeding grounds?

The rack if available.

What motivates you?

Pursuit of knowledge and growing in power - both within and outside of the Pyramid. Sturbridge wastes her opportunities and should claim New York for the House and Clan.
