Mia is the daughter of a hedge witch mother and an apothecary father. It comes to no surprise then that Mia picked up some of the finer aiding skills. Though she was skilled at it, healing didn't give her complete satisfaction. She was too energetic to stay in one place too long.
Mia was though angry at the fact that a portion of the patients came in due to actions of rude or ignorant individuals. On her 18th birthday, she talked with her grandmother from mother's side about it. Her grandmother, contrary to her mother, had another opinion. Healing was a convenient skill on the side.
"If those individuals remain able, those patients will return indefinitely. Make sure those who harm others are unable to do so."
The angle on the topic stuck in Mia's head.
A month later, the society was recruiting again. Without hesitation Mia signed up, using her grandmother's angle of combining aid with "obstructing" opponents as a guideline.

She dislikes arrogance but loves birds.
Following an ideal, she mixes tending to comrades with disabling opponents. This she does with pleasure. She is a sociable laid back type who likes to make a joke or two on occasion.
