Concept
Tiefling Inquisitor of Asmodeus that will primarily keeping in with the theme of being a sort of Witchfinder genral, routing out heresy against the church and those that wished to strike out or lash against the reign of Thrune. Very much the intimidator. Combat wise will be a good combatant, but just enough magic focus to act as second-string caster. Being a Tiefling does make her somewhat odds with Chelish society, but she sees it as a sort of quasi state of perfection, the to be part devil and part human.
Background
Born under contract with a devil and a clergy member of the Asmodean church, Mecula was born a Tiefling due to the unholy union and brought up in the church. Indoctrinated into the faith by the clergy and her own mother, it was not without issue, Chelish society at large looking down upon such beings. Therefore, Merula was bullied for a large part of her young life, further leading to anger and resentment of others around her and pushing herself along a line of thought that fell into the full thinking of the church.
Along the line as she grew older, Merula would take in a warped view in response to her treatment, that members of society like her were in fact perfect beings in accordance with the nine circles of hell. With a religious fervor, Merula would be an instrument of the church to not only route out those that dared to defile her perfect country.
