I received order 1351694 last Friday and there was very bad water damage to the latest Adventure Path volume:

1 x Pathfinder Adventure Path #30: The Twice-Damned Prince (Council of Thieves 6 of 6) (PFRPG) Print Edition

It seems water had gotten into the box from its side due to the lack of tape on the side seam. Other items (except the catalog) were undamaged because as they were wrapped in plastic.

Could you possibly send me a refund or a replacement along with the next adventure path subscription?

I received order 1341694 last Friday.

1 x Pathfinder Adventure Path #30: The Twice-Damned Prince (Council of Thieves 6 of 6) (PFRPG) Print Edition
had very bad water damage, with the water apparently getting in from the side of the shipping box, which had not been properly sealed.
Other items were wrapped in plastic, and ok. I can submit pictures of the damaged items if necessary.
Can you perhaps refund the item, or possibly add another copy of it to my next subscription shipment?
