My order from the 9th has been sitting around for some time. It was ready to go until replacement items were added to it and it registered incorrect shipping. Those items really just need to be removed so my order can get sent out. 5 days between email responses takes a LONG time to get something sorted out!
An order I placed on the 12th is also still pending. It's feast or famine with processing times. It could be 2 days or 2 weeks. Can you see if there is a problem with that order.
I am getting pretty backed up. I went to place a 3rd order on my PC and on my phone with no luck. It keeps bouncing me back to the cart. Please put that order through if you can.

More problems to deal with from Paizo's horrible store website coding...
I've tried for 5 days on my main account to get my order through on multiple computers and phones with no luck. It gets bounced back to the cart dozens of times. Another glitch. Pretty standard expectation from your system.
Also no real help to advance my multiple issues from weeks worth of orders through email or forums because Paizo operates on bare bones staff during slow periods and then never compensates by adding new staff during obviously expected busy times like new releases or Gen Con. It's becoming predictable. I liken it to a big box store having 2-3 registers open during Black Friday.
So I finally had to redo my order on an account I created for my wife after the last website and cart debacle. I get it to go through, but of course it calculates and gives the bugged shipping total again.
Order 7545866. So shipping after $10 discount should be around $18-19, but shows up as $31.21. Although my card seems to have authorized with a total of $11.95 for the shipping cost (wherever that came from).
So now I have that order.
I also have another order that WAY overcharged me on shipping (that I expect to be refunded for) without consulting the change of shipping method and a much larger order total than what I approved when checking out. (see my other thread)
Then I have an order I have been back and forth on for weeks. I removed replacement items (1 for damage and 2 never received) from the order because I got tired of waiting for it to be correctly adjust after I was told it did not impact the shipping (it did). So after I corrected the error and placed my order, it was bug free and then got modified AGAIN by staff after it was placed, with even more errors. I then requested removal of the items to be pushed to a separate replacement order and have not heard back. Unresolved my order FINALLY shipped and I was overcharged.
Now I have a 4th order I want to place with 3 messed up ones yet to be resolved and almost no communication. I hope this one works out better.
At this point it's probably confusing for all of us. I hope you get all of this sorted soon.
