Spoiler:
Meadow was born in a commune like community. It was inhabited by elves, humans, and half elves, and it was very back to nature. Everything was grown or made by the community and equally shared by everyone. It was a very idyllic way to grow up and safe as well as many of the fey creatures of the woodlands helped to protect the commune in exchange for goods. In fact, Meadow often lay in the meadow's she was named for, staring up into the sky, feeling an affinity for it she could not understand.

This all changed when she was 17. During that year, one of the very rare wedding ceremonies was held at the commune. During the reception, her sorcery manifested for the first time and an arc of lightning shot from her hands during a dance. One person was killed, and more were injured. Meadow was as shocked and horrified as everyone else was, but that did not help. Many in the commune decided she was a witch and there was much debate on what to do to - or with - the girl. Before anything could be decided, she fled.

Her trip was not an easy one, but she eventually made it to civilization. Once there, she found people who appreicated her talents, and she soon became the opposite of what she had been. She embraced the city, learning to enjoy it's many pleasures. But, she still loved nature as well, and merged the two things by contacting with the local military. She would work scouting missions for them, on a pay by mission basis, slowly earning a reputation as a reliable scout.
Now, she lives comfortably, aiding her new home when its needed, and the rest of the time just relaxing.
