The butcher could probably need a pair of hands to help carry the side of beef over to the table.... then have q nice evening"

"Well that was a good time. Thank you." He says to the halfling. "Looks like lunch is ready. Care to join me?"

Flint looks for anyone official looking, directing things, or looks like they know what's going on.
"Excuse me. Could you tell me (Or us) where I (we) should pay to partake of the feast?"

The mayor smiles, "its free to the public" and returns to the setup of the meal
