Maya's Disguises:

Public Formal:
So, this is what Maya usually goes with when in the public eye. She usually favors a dress, not only because it makes her look less nonthreatening (dresses being famously difficult to store things with), but because it allows her to extend a slight aura of vulnerability. The key attempt she is trying to make is trying to feel as if the public still holds all the power over her - in spite of the status of her position and the power she can bring to bear. She favors beauty within this outfit as well believing its a quality that makes her more attractive - and therefore reducing the amount of people that might want her dead. If shes a pretty face, the less she needs to worry about people damaging it. No jewelry is the key thing to note within this outfit, again, its not to overstate the status and wealth of her position, when being in the public eye of so many people that might have a lower income. Therefore no obvious signs of wealth outside of probably her dress itself - which Maya thinks is acceptable - the other option is risking offending people by showing up in non formal wear making her seem a more representative.

Corporate / State Visits:
Maya will almost always go for black within this outfits - its one of her more favourable colors since it can work with many themes. In this case, black being one of the more professional colors. This outfit is very much non sexualised, very much a focus on toning down attractive qualities - making them less obvious. At any work, corporate or state visit the goal is to appear competent, professional, someone intelligent and not merely a pretty face. Unlike her previous outfit, Maya will wear jewelry with this outfit - its out of the public eye and not looking as smart as possible risks offending any important people - coworkers included as they would be part of the ruling council.

Handmaiden:
This is Maya's "fake" form, so its going to be different to the others. For instance, physical characteristics vary - she opts for a change in hair color and so on, so as to fake being a different person. Outfits are similar as to reflect being a gown of some sort that Maya would usually wear in the public eye, but again, nothing that really shows off as being highly expensive - no accessories or so on. She plays the colors down a little more, trying to go for less bright - from an optical point of view, her handmaiden should never being dressing smarter or more eye catching that what Maya would usually be wearing, therefore the outfit is slightly cheaper, and slightly less eye catching. That said, still embodies some of the characteristics present in Maya's usual public outfit, ie nonthreatening, attractiveness - the better to draw out an attacker angry at Maya and attempting to take out a perceived weak link.

Casual:
I don't anticipate this coming up very often, but its Maya's casual wear when not in the public eye, for instance, if she was exploring a different part of the country, or on a break / holiday. Its simple, less ostentatious - better suited to travel than a long dress that would get damaged or dirty. Again, no accessories here as its Maya, free from the pressures of work.

Club / Dancing / Rave:
I expect this to come up even less, but its relevant since a rave scene was discussed last with Angelique, and Maya does look to push for more arts, dancing, music etc. Still, IDK how big nightclubs or the rave scene really is in Galt. Anyway, the sort of outfit below shows the goal of whatever shes wearing. Confident, carefree (ie its more in line with her casual wear above), extremely more sexualised than what she would usually be wearing on most all other occasions, designed to impress, possible seduce, be relaxed and so on.
