Hi All,
I signed up for PaizoCon 2020 before the pandemic and had expected to go along then in-person, but have (so far) rolled over the tickets for PaizoCon 2022.
I have had a lot of trouble understanding if PaizoCon and PaizoCon Online are supposed to be distinct events or if the former is a superset of the latter. The schedules for both events seem to be mixed in ways, but not completely coalesced.
For example, I've been told to go to the PaizoCon 2022 Warhorn to see the schedule and sign up. The schedule seems to contain 3 "Workshops/Panels" on Saturday and not a single other event, keynote, etc. Everything else is either online or in-person game sessions.
There is another post on the Paizo website for the PaizoCon online schedule, which seems to contain all of the content I would have expected to be at the conference... but none of them are in the Warhorn schedule and while there is a separate PaizoCon Online ticket listing for $25, the main $75 PaizoCon 2022 ticket product description doesn't seem to explicitly mention that it includes access to all of the online content/games.
So help me understand...
Does the standard PaizoCon 2022 ticket afford you access to everything a PaizoCon Online 2022 ticket does?
Is the in-person PaizoCon really just a bunch of rooms for organized play?
