Hello,

I purchased two Syrinscape SuperSyrin 2-month Subscription vouchers (http://paizo.com/products/btpy9dhr?Syrinscape-SuperSyrin-Subscription-2-Mo nths) (for a total of 4 months between the two orders) on October 10 and the voucher codes have not appeared in My Downloads yet. I received my emailed receipts for both purchases already. I had this exact same problem the last time I purchased vouchers and had to contact customer service to get the codes that time as well.

Also, there is some sort of glitch in the system which only allows you you to purchase one at a time (maybe because it thinks they are a downloadable item?).

Can someone please do whatever is necessary to push this through so I can get my voucher codes and extend my subscription before the old one expires?

I purchased the 2 month subscription to Syrinscape SuperSyrin; the store page says that a voucher code should appear immediately in My Downloads which I can then use at the Syrinsccape site. No such code has appeared in My Downloads and it has now been a day since I placed the order. I tried emailing Customer Service but have not received even an automated "your message has been received" type response.

How do I receive the voucher code for this product?
