From a Taldoran family of modest means, and distantly related to the Orlovsky, Marcus has spent many years as a keen student. Sadly his long hours in the library and laboratory have left him a little tongue-tied in social situations, when he has a habbit of either saying to much and committing a faux pas, or saying nothing at all. In Taldor's society-conscious community this has left him as something of an outsider, and his family in exasperation have sent him to 'do some research' in distant Brevoy with his northern relatives.
Arcane Scrolls: Feather Fall, Magic Missile, Protection from Evil.
Appearence:
Tall and rather scrawny, Marcus' impeccable Taldane clothing is somehow always a bit wrinkled and scruffy. His nondescript brown hair is always a bit unkempt, and he is always carrying around at least one book, either writing in it or pouring over the words of some obscure passage. He often appears either nervous in company, until he gets few glasses of wine in him and then he invariably acts like an idiot.
