Yoon now has the ally from A5 which allows her to recharge an extra blessing from her discard pile each turn.

Our Yoon does use multiple blessings per turn because she has ways to heal them back in using allies or items. I agree that Tetauriah doesn't heal Yoon, and we never played it that way.

Add in the fact that our Yoon has the loot Sphinx ally which says "At the start of your turn reveal this ally. You may then recharge any number of cards (anything which isn't a blessing) and reset your hand (draw a new full hand of blessings)."

So the way this works is Yoon casts blessings on other people during their turns, giving them th blessing die plus or minus five. Then when his turn starts he keeps one weapon and the sphinx, then resets his hand and draws a fistful of new blessings. Yoon has nine blessings in his deck so he has plenty.

Blessing of Maat is +/- 8.

I should point out a Yoon blesses me quite often, so I benefit from this. But it is very WOW when seen in operation.

Yoon has a favored card of blessing. Ausetitha says "Display this card next to your deck. While displayed, when you play a card of your favored type (blessing!!!) on a check (not your check, any check), after the roll you may add or subtract five from the result"

This means when Yoon blesses anyone, after the roll he can then add or subtract five. This is astoundingly broken in this combination. Every blessing adds a die AND then an extra five point modifier.

Just wow.

We started a three-player game of Wrath last night, and I am playing Grazzle. I have to say his healing ability is astounding. Using the discard-to-heal mechanic was able to keep my two partner's decks extremely rich with blessings and allies, leading to an extreme number of explores.

To keep myself alive I packed two cures. Keeping careful track of where they were / might be in my deck or hand allowed me to heal my partners like crazy while experiencing only mild risk myself. I think a perfect scenario would be having a Paladin partner, someone who carried a single cure they could use to heal Grazzle on those occasions when my cure(s) ended up in the discard pile. Then I wouldn't have to be quite so paranoid about milling one off the top of my deck.

That being said, once I finally get a role card (this will take a while) and select the feat for (□ If any of those cards have the Divine trait, you may recharge them instead.) it'll be truly nutty. Why couldn't Grazzle discard virtually his entire remaining deck every turn, healing his party for a huge amount, without any real risk? The cure(s) would automatically recharge, and could then be drawn and cast to heal yourself of the losses?
