About Malphesto Darmien, Hellbred
Malphesto Darmien still dreams about his past life, the evils he committed. He just can't remember much when he wakes up.
Was he a wizard; is that right? And something about dealing with Asmodeus's servants, and gaining that Arch Devil's favor. Or was it Lilith and Belphegor? Maybe he dealt with them all.
Did he really trade souls on the market to Hell? Or was it that he used his magic to corrupt people, then sell those souls to Hell?
It was a sweet deal; he remembers he thought highly of his infernal contracts. He was proud: Serve Hell's Powers as a magic user now and upon dying, get the opportunity to climb the ladder in the Infernal Hierarchy.
Yeah, becoming a Pit Fiend in a hundred years sounded pretty good. Pretty damn good.
Or was he a Summoner, not a Wizard? And why does he remember shards of dreams of Abraxas and Pazuzu, of Fraz Urb Lu and Socothbenoth? Did he try to play both sides of the Blood War? Hell or the Abyss?
And how on earth, or by Heaven & Hell, is he now some young kid with vile dreams and a past life he can't fathom? But one of which he is terrified. These are not good dreams. It was a horrible life of ineffable evil.
Well, he's here now. And one question remains: Is it a tattoo or birthmark of Mayaheine over his heart? ....Or is it a Warning?
