Applicable Knowledge says you can get any one feat.
I see posts going back and forth about it ignoring prerequisites. Or that you can take the feat, but can't use it unless you have the prerequisites - which seems like some justification for not letting one use a feat they can take; and not found in the rules.

Can someone please give me some official ruling on this?

Thanks,
Mal

I can't tell which conditions cause a foe to be considered hindered.
Is there a list? I wouldn't guess all conditions are considered hindered.

I'm going to be grouping with some multiclass character that will all be Rogues eventually. At least one of them will be taking the Weapon Focus/Dazzling Display/Shatter Defense feat chain to make a foe flat-footed so the rest of them can all sneak-attack.

What is the easiest way for a 1st level Fighter, Wizard, Rogue or Monk to hinder a foe?

Thanks,
Mal
