Maleghk hurries to get back into the fight.

Double move

Maleghk will double move on his short stubby legs.

Maleghk charges the nearest guard and swings his longhammer. melee: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (8) + 6 = 142d6 + 4 ⇒ (3, 4) + 4 = 11 With the charge it should have been 16 but that still misses. Initiative: 1d20 ⇒ 14

Maleghk will move forward three hexes(one away from the corner) and wait for Astru's attack.

Silence could be a purchase also. Could prevent the alarm from being raised. Invis melee and silence on one or both allowing us to deal with guards quietly. If we could get close enough silence alone might work.

"If the opportunity presents itself would you like a hostage from their faction?", Maleghk asks.

Maleghk enters his rooms and makes a quick inspection. He goes to the stable to check that Strider has been properly taken care of and then returns to his room for some much needed sleep. After setting his longhammer to brace against the door he retires, taking his waraxe with him. He mutters a prayer for Alaya and falls asleep.

"Guess that means I'll take room 26 if you want 29 Aurica."

"It is a truly magnificent waterfall!", Maleghk says. I would comment on the power available if it could be harnessed but Droskar is offended enough by the changes wrought here.

Maleghk asks, "Are there any healers of note in this city? I would like to visit them if possible.

"Aurica, would you and Austru like to come with me? We should check to see if the rest of the train is clear."

"A couple of us should keep an eye on these chests until order is restored and new guards are available."

Maleghk nods approvingly at Austru and says something in Celestial as he binds the thief after checking him for weapons. As his battle rage fades he reverts to common. "Aurica, I believe I'm going to enjoy having your friend on our side." Maleghk says with a grin.

Maleghk double moves to block in the entrance to the cage. As he moves he switches to his waraxe. As he approaches the door he calls out in Celestial for the last member of the doomed party to surrender!

Maleghk swings his longhammer up and smashes it down on Grotts again. Melee: 1d20 + 6 + 3 ⇒ (14) + 6 + 3 = 232d6 + 4 + 2 ⇒ (5, 4) + 4 + 2 = 15 He then uses a Lay on Hands on himself as a swift action Lay on Hands: 1d6 + 2 ⇒ (2) + 2 = 4 Maleghk shouts at Grotts daring him to continue the fight!

Maleghk takes AOO on wolf and smashes him lifelessly to the ground - melee: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (11) + 6 = 172d6 + 4 ⇒ (4, 5) + 4 = 13 Then he uses a swift action to lay on hands himself lay on hands: 1d6 + 2 ⇒ (4) + 2 = 6 and finally with a roar swings his longhammer at the minotaur but it glances off his horn doing no damage. melee: 1d20 + 6 + 3 ⇒ (5) + 6 + 3 = 142d6 + 4 + 2 ⇒ (1, 4) + 4 + 2 = 11

Maleghk squeezes past Droskar and smites evil on the minotaur Grotts. Maleghk shouts in an unknown language and inclines his longhammer towards Grotts.

Just before we enter the next car Maleghk will cast Bless(when all party members are in range).

Maleghk moves in front of Droskar, down the corridor and then in between the benches to swing at a the gunman in front of him. With a shout he swings his longhammer down at his target. melee: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (20) + 6 = 262d6 + 4 ⇒ (6, 6) + 4 = 16 Confirm crit: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (5) + 6 = 114d6 + 8 ⇒ (1, 2, 1, 4) + 8 = 16 No crit confirmation but none needed - lol.

Maleghk squeezes past Thron's flank and moves up beside him swinging his longhammer at the ogre.melee: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (11) + 6 = 172d6 + 4 ⇒ (6, 3) + 4 = 13. Maleghk roars at the ogre as his hammer strikes home.

Maleghk moves to the next car looking for any resistance. perception: 1d20 ⇒ 10

Maleghk moves to the end of the car next to Droskar. Speaking in a language nobody understands he lays a hand on Droskar's arm. He establishes a lifelink with Droskar.

Maleghk will trail Droskar as he won't be able to match his pace. Double move if needed to catch up.

"Time to start earning our pay! Follow me!"Maleghk says. He charges toward the nearest masked man swinging his longhammer. As he moves a warchant in fluent Celestial begins to pour out of him as his hammer descends. melee: 1d20 + 6 + 2 ⇒ (1) + 6 + 2 = 92d6 + 4 ⇒ (4, 2) + 4 = 10

Maleghk looks toward Aurica and asks,"Would you like to take a stroll back and check on your friend? I'd be happy to accompany you."

Maleghk grunts,"I share your reservations on the manner of travel Droskar but the speed makes it worth the risk. I, er we need to cover as much ground as fast as possible in our quest.

KAESCo sounds good to me also. We could be an advance party mapping/negotiating for future routes on the new continent or just determining if expansion was warranted. Of course we may have other motivations for the trip also. Maleghk certainly does.
