Madame Ming's story so far...:

About Madame Mings origins is only known that she saw the light of the world in one of the Shackles many shady port towns, some say it was a priate port, as the child of mysterious immigrants from southern Tian Xia presumably.
She certainly got some outlandish looks which are usually attributed to Tien people, but with her ability to change and adapt her looks, nobody can be too certain there.
While she spend her first years running around in the mud and harbor of a port town, she stayed with her mother and enjoyed a basic education, learning a lot from sailors and about sailing as well as some more mysterious abilities from her mother.
Her father was a seafarer and came home every so often, bringing riches and fascinating stories, which were quite enjoyable.
Untill one time, he didn't come home. Shortly after her enraged mother enlisted on a ship herself with Ming to search for her husband.
That was when Ming really learned about her families trade, which was a bit different than she had imagined.
Unfortunately their ship was brought up by chelish marine, betrayed by some other pirates, which was the end of that journey.
She got separated from her mother and - still being in her youth - got away with a brand on her hand. A distinct mark of a skull and corssbones, the mark of Besmara.
Suddenly alone in an unknown port town, Ming hired on different ships, using her talents to scout ports and other things, untill she finaly ended up in Port Peril after some years.
Old salts and sea dogs often comment about her mark of Besmara, that she would be destined by the Pirate Queen herself for something greater, but she is still searching for her fate and hasn't given up on finding either of her parents again.
Nowadays she hangs out in the Formidable Maid, looking for opportunities, telling some tales or swinging her booty for some coin, untill one evening she didn't know how many drinks she had and everything went dark suddenly.

Fox Shape:

You can change into a fox in addition to your other forms.
Benefit: You can take the form of a fox whose appearance is static and cannot be changed each time you assume this form. Your bite attack’s damage is reduced to 1d3 points of damage on a hit, but you gain a +10 racial bonus on Disguise checks made to appear as a fox. Changing from kitsune to fox shape is a standard action. This ability otherwise functions as beast shape II, and your ability scores change accordingly.

Beast Shape I+II
This spell functions as beast shape I, except that it also allows you to assume the form of a Tiny or Large creature of the animal type. If the form you assume has any of the following abilities, you gain the listed ability: climb 60 feet, fly 60 feet (good maneuverability), swim 60 feet, darkvision 60 feet, low-light vision, scent, grab, pounce, and trip.

Tiny animal: If the form you take is that of a Tiny animal, you gain a +4 size bonus to your Dexterity, a –2 penalty to your Strength, and a +1 natural armor bonus.
