About Lorne Skyjumper

Background:
Born and raised on a Dwarven generational ship (The Skip Town), Lorne had no idea that for his entire life, the ship had been running. They encountered a violent culture that was "defending the borders", and realized they needed to seriously upgrade their defenses in case they ever ran across another similar culture. The ship's leaders chose to return to the shipyards to have the upgrades made. Three generations later, Lorne finds himself where his ancestors had started, with no indication the ship would be leaving again for a decade or more. He had been taught that Torag wanted them to disperse, to find a place they hadn't found yet. So, he went looking for a way to do that . . ..
