When you wish to purchase a rune for a weapon, do you need to have crafting to apply it, Or can you pay to have someone apply it for you?

If you can not pay to have it applied, then it strikes me that there will not be any characters out there that don't have Expert or Master levels in crafting...

If a PC memorized a Heightened Spell, do they need to keep the lower level spell on their spell list to cast it at the lower level?

For example, if a sorcerer memorized Magic Missile as a 3rd level spell, can they trade out their 1st level version of it, or do they need to keep it if they wish to cast it as a first level spell?

In Society play, if a character chooses to sell equipment back for whatever reason, how much do they get?

In 1st edition Society play, they get 50% of the list price.
In Starfinder Society play they get 10% of the list price.

How much do characters get in 2nd edition Society play, and where do we find this rule when people ask?
